Summary: TR206 follows Thompson creek to its junction with hubbard creek to form the headwaters of the Sipsey river. The trail is one of the best maintained in the Sipsey system with wonderful views of the stream. There are a few confusing spots only one well marked the secret is always go left. Trailhead: Trail head is clearly marked at the end of county road 3. County road three becomes restricted access FS208. There is a hiker information board located at the trail head and adequate parking. The trailhead is straight ahead from the parking area and to the right of the forest service info sign.
