Summary: There are lots of forks in the trails back in this area, so it may not be possible to take the exact same hike I did. But all of the paths are very well maintained. If you're looking for it, there is a good deal of wildlife around. On my hike I ran into a turtle. The view does get ugly sometimes however, because there is lots of trash dumped around (I saw a car and some dishwashers, etc.) It is easy to get truned around, so bring a compass and a map if you can find one. Trailhead: Located off of Highway 82 in Starkville. Turn north into Technology Park. Take your first right and head then head toward the Mississippi Technology Center for parking right near the trailhead.
