Summary: Incredible views. Excellent bike trails, shared with hikers, horses and joggers.

Time of travel will vary depending on mode of transportation. I think bikes are the best.

Trailhead: Park in the North lot at Jordan Pond house. To get directions to the Jordan pond house stop at the Acadia National Park visitor center to pick up a map. (Lat:44.32209 Lon:-68.25341)

This is a calm, casual walk in a beautiful place. Nothing challanging about it but it certainly is relaxing.

Very easy and ideal for family including youngsters. Be careful because bikers are out there too.
