Summary: The hike begins at the Runestone Loop Kiosk to the right of the HQ gift shop. Follow the path, to about 0.03 miles at a junction. Do not turn left down the stairs, continue straight. At 0.10 miles you will encounter the bridge. Cross the bridge. On the other side you will encounter another trail to the left going down the stairs to the ruinstone building. Continue on the main trail, do not take the stairs. Follow the main trail around to the start-point and return to the kiosk.
Trailhead: 2.5 miles N on Hwy 59 at Hwy 270 junction. From Old Pike Road (East First street) proceed to the intersection of East First street and County Highway E 1460. Go east on County Highway E 1460 through the park entrance and up the hill to the park Headquarters. (Lat:34.90089 Lon:-94.57809)
